Straightforward pricing, no surprises. Here’s exactly how I charge for every job — and what a typical shoot costs.
How I Price Every Job
- Call-Out Fee — $50. Covers travel to your location anywhere in Brisbane and surrounding areas.
- On-Site Time — $75/hour, billed in 30-minute increments. You only pay for the time I’m actually on-site flying and shooting.
- Editing — quoted separately, based on the scope of your project, so you’re never paying for editing you don’t need.
Traveling further out? Get in touch and I’ll quote the travel fee for your location.
What a Typical Job Costs
Quick Aerial Photo Shoot
A single property or site, roughly 30–60 minutes on-site. Call-out ($50) + on-site time ($75–$150) = $125–$200 (editing quoted separately)
Real Estate Photo + Video
Photos plus a short video walkthrough, roughly 1.5–2 hours on-site. Call-out ($50) + on-site time ($112.50–$150) = $162.50–$200 (editing quoted separately)
Roof & Solar Inspection
Detailed inspection imagery, roughly 1 hour on-site. Call-out ($50) + on-site time ($75) = $125 (editing quoted separately)
These are estimates based on typical jobs — I’ll always confirm the expected time with you before I arrive, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Common Questions
Why hourly instead of flat packages? Every property and project is a different size, so hourly pricing means you only pay for the time your job actually takes — not a one-size-fits-all package.
Is there a minimum booking? The call-out fee plus a minimum of one 30-minute increment applies to every job.
What about editing? Editing is quoted separately once I know the scope — number of images, video length, and turnaround needed — so the estimate is accurate to your project.
Do I get a quote before booking? Always. I’ll give you an estimated cost before I arrive, based on the details of your job.
